Goodroad New Material Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Goodroad”) is a company specializing in R&D of non-standard road hardening and waterproof materials, primarily for mines. It has innovatively introduced the Flexible Pavement Film-forming Hardening Technology for non-standard roads, becoming the third mine road hardening solution after traditional cement-asphalt technology and earth-gravel technology.
This technology solves the pain points that traditional non-standard road construction cannot address. On a properly prepared road base surface, physical and chemical processes are applied to create a high-energy flexible pavement film-forming layer with weather resistance, waterproofing, pressure resistance, wear resistance, durability, and easy maintenance. It is a revolution in road materials — suitable for heavy-load mine roads, access roads, and low-grade highways.
The company has also developed “Soil Hardening Technology” to be used alongside the Flexible Pavement Film-forming Technology. This solves the road base challenges required by the film-forming technology. Combined with inorganic cementitious materials and other auxiliaries, it can be used for low-grade road surfaces.
To achieve a complete mine environmental remediation solution, the company also developed “Flexible Crust Technology.” After simple spraying, a flexible crust forms on the surface of sand deposits or paved areas, providing sand fixation, dust retention, dust suppression, waterproofing, and chemical inhibition functions.
